To order key fobs, there are a few simple steps:

Send an email to biuro@decard.pl. In the body of the message, provide the following information:

• The number of keychains you would like to order.
• Choose the type of material you would like the keyrings to be made of (plastic, metal).
• Provide your contact information, such as your first name, last name, phone number or email address.
• Also provide the address to which we should send the order.

If you already have a graphic design of the keychain ready, you can attach it as an attachment to the email. We will then have full information about your preferences.

If you do not have a ready design, but have a logo or other guidelines, provide us with this information in the body of the message. Our graphic designers will prepare a keychain design for you to approve before you place your order.

With these simple steps, you can easily order keychains to fit your preferences.

The lead time depends on the size of the order. Usually, orders are completed within 7-14 days after the keychains design is approved.

We design and produce personalized keychains only upon order. Therefore, our preferred form of payment is prepayment to a bank account on a pro forma basis.

As for delivery, we offer courier shipments: UPS and DHL.

The minimum size of the first order is 50 keychains. However, in the case of subsequent orders (orders), the quantity may be smaller, adjusted to current demand. We accept orders from 20 pieces.

We offer two types of keychains:

• Steel keychains: we offer single-sided or double-sided keychains of any shape and size. They are characterized by tactile printing that creates a 3D effect. In addition, some keychain models have a bottle opener function. They are strong, durable and weatherproof. The standard thickness of keychains is 1.5 mm.
• Plastic (resin) keychains: single-sided or double-sided with any shape. We use full-color 3D printing technology, which allows us to create a variety of designs and motifs. Our plastic keychains come in two variants: flat (2-3 mm thick) and spatial (10 mm thick), which have 3D spatial inscriptions around them, such as the company name or website address. In addition, keychains can function as a bottle opener.

We don't use pre-made templates, blanks or bases to create our keychains. Each keychains we create for our clients has a unique shape and design, tailored to their individual preferences.

Our personalization process is unlimited. We can put any photo, logo, slogan or graphic on the keychains. There is no limit to the number of colors we can put on the keychain. We can transfer even the most complex patterns and color gradients to the keychains. Also importantly, the number of colors does not affect the final price of the product.

We create an individual graphic design for each client, so we can put any number of characters or designs on keychains. In the case of a large number of content/patterns, our graphic designers provide support to choose the optimal size of the keychain so that all the content is readable.

Yes, both steel and plastic keychains produced with full-color 3D printing technology can be ordered in any shape, size and full color palette.

The number of colors does not affect the price of keychains. The benefit of full-color 3D printing is that our manufactured promotional gadgets have an unlimited color palette.

The price of a keychain depends on its dimensions, not its shape. For example, when ordering a keychain with dimensions of 30 x 30 mm, it does not matter whether it will be in the shape of a square, a circle or a logo. In each of these cases, the keychain will cost the same. The level of complexity of the design and the number of holes (cutouts) in the keychain do not affect the price.

Of course! We allow you to order a prototype keychains, whether made of steel or plastic. The prototype made by us will 100% reproduce the final product, ensuring your full satisfaction with its quality and appearance.

Yes, there are no additional costs associated with the production of the next batch of keychains. The minimum order quantity is 20 pieces.

Usually, we pack ordered keychains in bulk packaging. However, if the customer wishes, we can pack keychains in separate cellophane pouches.

For both steel and plastic keychain orders, there is no need for dies or punches. This applies to both the final order and the preparation of the prototype. Unlike other production methods available on the market, our customers do not incur any costs related to production preparation, such as the purchase of dies or punches.

Yes, before production begins, we can send you photos or a video of a test print that will reflect the final effect of the keychain we will be able to achieve.

It means that the design/graphics/logo is placed only on one side of the keychain, while the other side is painted or printed with one color. The cost of a single-sided keychain is lower than a double-sided keychain.
