To order medals, follow these simple steps:

Send an email to biuro@decard.pl. In the body of the message, provide the following information:

• The quantity of medals you would like to order.
• Your contact details, such as your name, phone number, or email address.
• The address where we should send the order.

If you already have a graphic design for the medal, you can attach it to the email. This will give us a clear understanding of your preferences.

If you don't have a design ready but have a logo or other instructions, please share this information in the message. Our graphic designers will create a medal design for you, which you can approve before placing the order.

With these simple steps, you can easily order commemorative medals tailored to your preferences.

The processing time depends on the size of the order. Typically, orders are completed within 7-14 days after the commemorative medal design is approved.

Personalized medals are designed and produced only upon order. Therefore, our preferred payment method is a bank transfer in advance based on the pro forma invoice.

The minimum quantity for the first order is 100 medals. However, for subsequent orders (reorders), the quantity can be smaller, tailored to the current demand. We accept reorders starting from 50 pieces.

Our medals are made from hard and lightweight resin. They are available in any shape, with a tactile 3D texture, custom graphics, and a full range of colors. You can also add 3D text or any marking along the edge of the product. The back of the medal is available in your chosen resin color, with 3D marking.
